How to Order
Should I have a prescription to order from you?
Medicines are provided as per prescribed guidelines of medical practitioners and for Narcotic and Controlled Products confirmation of prescription as per government rules is mandatory. We strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before taking a medication. You may have some diseases contra-indicated for taking certain kinds of medicines and your doctor will advise you what you can or cannot take.

How to place your Order?
There are three ways to order:

Ordering Online
If you wish to order a product from us you are to do the following:
Step:1 Search your desired product
1. Products can be searched based on two criteria's:
b. Search by Generic name.
2. Search the product you want to search by specifying it in the search text box under the 'Search' caption on the top right corner of any page.
OR
You may select a product by browsing through the products list by clicking on the 'Products' in the top bar.
OR
Products have been categorized for your convenience. You may also select a product based on the category by clicking a category from a list of categories on the left side of any page under the 'Categories' caption and then select from a list of products that fall in that category.
Step 2: Add the product to the shopping cart
1. Choose the product you want to order by clicking 'Add to Cart' against that product.
2. The 'Add to Cart' button is displayed against all the products in the products list page and at the bottom of every product's detail page.
Please note that products are available in two sizes:
Some products are sold in form of a complete pack and some as blister pack which you may see in the product pricing which is price / pack or price / blister pack on the products list page and product detail page which also mentions the pack or blister pack size along with their prices.
3. When you add a product to the cart, by default, only one product is added to the cart, which means either it is one pack or one blister pack of that product depending upon the size in which that product is being sold.
Step 3: Edit / Remove product in the shopping cart
1. Choose the number of pack(s) or blister pack(s) you wish to order.
2. To add more than one quantity of a product click the 'Add to Cart' button, against that product, the number of times you want that product in quantity.
OR
Go to the shopping cart by clicking the 'Check Out' link on the right of the page. In the shopping cart, the products are shown along with their price and the quantity in which they have been ordered.
Click the text box under the 'Quantity' column aginst the product whose quantity you want to edit. Edit the quantity in which you want that product and click the 'Update Cart' button. The cart will update that product with your quantity.
3. Similarly, you can remove products from the shopping cart by clicking the
button against that product. A confirmation message will appear to ensure the removal of the product from the cart.
4. If you wish to continue shopping on our Pharmacy and order more, please click "Continue Shopping" (all data on the selected products will be saved).
1. You must be a registered user in order to "Check Out". Click on "Create new Account" link on the top left corner of the page.
2. When you are ready to make purchase, click "Proceed" button.
3. If you have clicked "Proceed to Checkout", follow our easy instructions
(information page on which you need to fill in your credit card billing information and shipping information).
4. Select 'I Agree', if you want to proceed
5. Check all the selected pills, quantity and press on "Submit" button
6. If the order has been placed successfully an order confirmation message will be automatically sent to your email address along with order details.
You can view your order history through your personalized section
Call us at 042-111-111-305 and one of our Customer Care Representatives will assist you in placing your order over the phone. You will need to provide the customer care officer with certain details such as name, address, telephone number etc. so please ensure the correct information is provided for successful order delivery.
You can place your order via fax or email by providing us with information such as medicines (name and quantity), your full name, your home telephone number or mobile number, shipping address. If the medicine being acquired is Controlled or Narcotic, a prescription will be required.
After an order has been placed
Confirmation call from Pharmagen Pharmacy.
As part of our commitment to our customers, Pharmagen Pharmacy will call and confirm every order made with us. During this confirmation call our customer care representative confirms the medications ordered, the address they are to be shipped to and any other processing details.

Payment Modes
How can I pay for my order?

Advance deposit in your nearest Punjab bank branch.

By cheque on delivery for orders up to Rs. 1500.
We will accept cheques up to Rs. 1500 per order only from customers who have successfully placed at least three orders with us.

Visa and Master Card facility is availble for order(s) placed in Lahore only.

Discount Systems
Do you have a Discount system?
Yes. We provide Up to 7% discount to our customers depending upon the value of their order. However, at the time of submission of order, the user (customer) will not be able to see the discount on his/her order. For this purpose, our customer care representative will call and / or send the discount details and the net amount payable which will be reflected on the bill accompanying the delivery as well as the confirmation email.

Minimum Order Value
Is there a predefined minimum order value limit?
Yes there is. We have a minimum order limit of Rs 300 for all cities in Pakistan.

Packing and Sending
What is your mode and time of delivery?
For Shipments within Pakistan
Free of cost delivery within 24 hours for deliveries in Lahore. Delivery is subject to availability of stocks.
For delivery time and charges in all other cities please contact our customer care representative.
For cities where we have a physical presence our resource will deliver and for all other cities a courier company will render delivery services.
For International shipments
We do not currently cater to international shipments.
Packing
For all deliveries handled by the courier, the products will be packed in a box wrapped with a packing tape containing the Pharmagen logo and a sticker also bearing the Pharmagen logo will ensure seal of the pack. This packing will ensure privacy and will serve as a basis to reduce any risk of breakage or damage to any product.

Viewing Orders
How can I view orders?
There are 2 options to do that:
1. Contact our support team (Contact us) and we can fax or email you your order detail.
2. You can view your order details from the web site through the "Order History" section within your personalized page.

Order Cancellations and Returns
Once an order is placed can I cancel it?
Please, be informed that we accept order cancellations/change ONLY within half hour after order submitting. We will not cater to medicine returns in any circumstance. 20% of the total order value will be deducted if a client cancels their order after payment has been received.
Make sure that you insert a valid shipping address in the order form, we recommend you to double check the notes before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product. If you have noticed that the address notes were specified incorrectly, contact us as soon as you can to inform of the matter.

Narcotic and Controlled Substances
For products falling in these categories do I require a prescription?
Yes you do. A prescription is mandatory for all NARCOTICS and CONTROLLED substances and we will not ship the order until we receive a prescription via fax, email or postal mail.

Fridge and Expensive Items
Do you ship refrigerated & expensive items?
Yes, we do and these items are professionally packed with icepacks to ensure their condition and incase of expensive items the packing reduces risk of breakage or damage.
